The Impact of Positive Psychological Intervention Combined with Staged Rehabilitation Nursing on Stigma and Mental Symptoms of Patients with Schizophrenia
Objective To explore the impact of positive psychological intervention combined with staged rehabilitation nursing on stigma and mental symptoms of patients with schizophrenia.Methods 82 patients with schizophrenia treated in Daizhuang Hospital,Shandong Province from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method,with 41 patients in each group.The control group received staged rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group received positive psychological intervention on this basis.The stigma,mental symptoms and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of stigma scale and negative and positive symptom scale of mental illness in both groups were lower than before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of the concise health scale in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of positive psychological intervention combined with staged rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients with schizophrenia has significant effects,which can significantly alleviate the stigma and mental symptoms of patients,and significantly improve their quality of life.
