Analysis of the Application Value of Nursing Combined with Focused Solutions under the Guidance of Health Awareness Theory in Postoperative Nursing of Patients with Urinary Tract Stones
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing combined with focused solutions under the guidance of health awareness theory in postoperative nursing of patients with urinary tract stones.Methods 204 patients with urinary tract stones who underwent surgery in our hospital from April 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 102 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received nursing combined with focused problem-solving nursing under the guidance of health awareness theory.The health behavior,psychological status,incidence and recurrence rates of complications,and quality of life between two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores in various dimensions of self-monitoring,lifestyle habits,dietary behavior,emotional regulation,and the MOS item short from health survey in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the scores of Self Rating Anxiety Scale and Self Rating Depression Scale,incidence of complications,and recurrence rate were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the guidance of health awareness theory,nursing combined with focused solutions can improve the health behavior and psychological state of postoperative nursing of patients with urinary tract stones,reduce complications and stone recurrence,and improve their quality of life.
