Application Effect of Nursing Measures Based on Work and Entertainment Therapy in Patients Recovering from Schizophrenia
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing measures based on work and entertainment therapy in patients recovering from schizophrenia.Methods 102 schizophrenic convalescence patients hospitalized in Heze Third People's Hospital from August 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table.The control group(n=51)received routine nursing,and the study group(n=51)received nursing measures based on work and entertainment therapy on this basis.The scores of the Stigma Scale for Mental Illness-Chinese version(SSMI-C),the Scale of Social Function in Psychosis Inpatients(SSPI)and the Schizophrenia Self-Management Instrument Scale(SSMIS)were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in SSMI-C,SSPI and SSMIS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 8 weeks of intervention,the scores of SSMI-C,SSPI and SSMIS in both groups were improved compared with those before intervention,and the SSMI-C and SSPI scores in the study group were(55.56±7.02)points and(8.85±2.52)points,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,and the SSMIS score was(110.56±7.56)points,which was higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing measures based on work and entertainment therapy can alleviate the stigma of patients recovering from schizophrenia,improve their social function and self-management ability,and have clinical application and promotion value.
