摘要
目的 探讨基于"互联网+"延续性护理模式在居家失能老年患者中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年 1月—2023 年1 月黔西南布依族苗族自治州人民医院出院的 40 例失能老年患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各20 例.对照组采用常规延续性护理,观察组采取基于"互联网+"延续性护理模式.对比两组压力性损伤(PI)发生率、生活质量.结果 观察组PI发生率为 10.00%,低于对照组的 40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理前,两组生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院 6 个月、12 个月,两组世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于"互联网+"延续性护理模式可以减少居家失能老年患者PI发生率,提升生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of"Internet plus"continuity nursing model in elderly patients with home-based disability.Methods 40 disabled elderly patients who were discharged from the People's Hospital of Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 20 patients in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received routine continuous nursing,while the observation group adopted the continuous nursing mode based on"Internet plus".Compare the incidence of pressure injury(PI)and quality of life between two groups.Results The incidence rate of PI in the observation group was 10.00%,lower than 40.00%in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after 6 and 12 months of discharge,the scores on the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale were higher in both groups than before nursing,while the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing mode based on"Internet plus"can reduce the incidence of PI in elderly patients with home-based disability and improve the quality of life.
