Effect of Multi-Dimensional Intensive Nursing Combined with Elastic Band Resistance Training on Balance Ability and Hip Joint Function in Patients with Hip Fracture after Operation
Objective To explore the application effect of multi-dimensional strengthening nursing combined with elastic band resistance training in patients with hip fracture surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients with hip fracture admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing combined with elastic band resistance training, while the observation group received multi-dimensional intensive nursing combined with elastic band resistance training until 3 months after operation. The psychological state, rehabilitation compliance, balance ability, daily living ability and hip joint function were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of Berg Balance Scale,Modified Barthel Index,Harris Hip Score and rehabilitation compliance were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-dimensional intensive nursing combined with elastic band resistance training can reduce the negative emotions of patients with hip fracture surgery, improve rehabilitation compliance, balance ability and hip joint function.
