Influence of Empowering and Motivating Education and Nursing Combined with Respiratory Exercise Rehabilitation Training on Patients with Stable Period Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective To explore the effects of empowering and motivating education and nursing combined with respiratory exercise rehabilitation training on patients with stable period chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 82 patients with stable period COPD treated in Weifang People's Hospital from June 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 41 cases each. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received empowering and motivating education and nursing combined with respiratory exercise rehabilitation training intervention.Rehabilitation compliance, lung function and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The rehabilitation compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, forced expiratory volume in the first second of the observation group was(2.38±0.59)L,forced vital capacity was(1.58±0.41)L,and maximum expiratory flow was(197.62±19.85)L/s,which was greater than(2.06±0.51)L,(1.26±0.37)L,(184.25±19.63)L/s of the control group, the score of St.George's Respiratory Questionnaire in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The empowering and motivating education and nursing combined with respiratory exercise rehabilitation training in stable period COPD patients can enhance the patients'rehabilitation compliance, improve the quality of life and improve pulmonary function.
