Effect of Predictive Nursing Combined with AIDET Communication on Psychological State and Complications of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Appendectomy
Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing combined with acknowledge-introducte-duration-explanation-thank you(AIDET)communication on patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods 72 patients who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy in Yicheng District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Zaozhuang City from August 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received predictive nursing combined with AIDET communication.The psychological state,coping style and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the avoidance score and yield score of the medical coping modes questionnaire in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the face score was higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 11.11%,lower than 36.11%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing combined with AIDET communication in patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy has a significant effect,which can effectively improve their coping style,alleviate negative emotions,regulate psychological state,and reduce complications.
