Effect of Lactic Acid Bacteria Vaginal Capsule Combined with Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Gel on Patients with Bacterial Vaginitis Complicated with HPV Infection
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel on patients with bacterial vaginitis complicated with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods 92 patients with bacterial vaginitis complicated with HPV admitted to Huishui County People's Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel,and the observation group was treated with lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule on the basis of the control group.The intervention lasted for 2 months in both groups.HPV negative conversion rate,clinical symptom score,inflammatory response and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 months of treatment,the total effective rate of HPV negative conversion in the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than 82.62%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom scores of increased leucorrhea,smelly leucorrhea and pruritus in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).TNF-α,CRP,IL-4,IL-6 and IFN-γ in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis complicated with HPV infection can reduce the clinical symptoms,inflammatory response,improve the rate of HPV negative,and high safety.
