Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets Combined with Mesalazine and Changyanning Capsule in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis
Objective To investigate the effect of live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets,mesalazine and Changyanning Capsule in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods 60 patients with UC admitted to the Qianshan County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine and Changyanning Capsule,and the observation group was treated with live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets on this basis.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical effects,inflammatory factors,intestinal flora and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the escherichia coli and enterococcus faecalis in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the lactobacillus and bifidobacterium were more than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets combined with mesalazine and Changyanning Capsule have ideal effects in the treatment of UC,which can promote the remission of inflammation,regulate intestinal flora,and have a low adverse reaction rate.
