Objective To explore the impact of cognitive behavioral nursing combined with motivational interviews on patients with endometriosis(EMT)undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods 78 patients with EMT treated in the Sixth People's Hospital of Heze City from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,39 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received cognitive behavioral nursing combined with motivation interview.Postoperative recovery, emotional state and self management behavior were compared between the two groups. Results The Visual Analogue Score of postoperative pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the activity of getting out of bed and length of hospital stay were shorter than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before intervention, there was no significant difference in self management behavior scores between the two groups(P>0.05).1 month after surgery, the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale score and Self-Rating Depression Scale score in the observation group were(46.92±5.10)points and(45.89±5.11)points,both lower than(50.84±5.77)points and(50.41±4.63)points in the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of symptom management, emotion management, daily life management and information management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of cognitive behavioral nursing and motivational interviews can accelerate the postoperative recovery of EMT patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery, improve their emotional state and self management behavior.
