Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Task-Oriented Training on Hemiplegia After Stroke
Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with task-oriented training in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke. Methods 90 patients with hemiplegia after stroke treated in a hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into a control group and an observation group based on random number table. The control group(n=45)was treated with Bobath techndogy, while the observation group(n=45)was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with task-oriented training intervention based on Bobath technology. The therapeutic effect was compared, and the motor function and life ability were evaluated by FMA and MBI.Gait changes were also assessed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than the control group's 75.56%.After treatment, the motor function of upper limb(48.60±5.42)score,lower limb(26.84±2.32)score;The score of the observation group was 76.42±7.84,which was higher than that of the control group. In terms of gait, the step frequency(75.33±8.24)steps/min,step length(37.42±3.25)cm and step speed(52.10±4.14)cm/s were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with taskoriented training is effective in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke, which can improve the motor function and daily living ability, and improve the gait of patients.
