Effect of Hand and Foot Twelve Needle Assisted Comprehensive Training on Walking Ability and Limb Function in Hemiplegic Patients after Cerebral Infarction
Objective To analyze the influence of hand and foot twelve neelle assisted hemiplegia comprehensive training on hemiplegia patients after cerebral infarction. Methods 74 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction admitted to Wudang Hospital Affiliated to Guizhou Medical University from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 37 cases in each group. The control group received comprehensive training of hemiplegic limbs, and the observation group was treated with hand and foot twelve neelle of hemiplegic limbs on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, neurological function, walking ability, limb function and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.59%,higher than 78.38%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score of the observation group was(8.61±1.21)points,lower than(11.25±1.57)points of the control group, and the functional walking scale score was(3.85±0.43)points,higher than(3.04±0.40)points of the control group, the scores of upper and lower limbs in FuglMeyer motor function rating scale were(50.63±3.95)points and(26.46±3.19)points,respectively,which were higher than(41.37±3.45)points and(20.29±2.68)points of the control group, the scores of all dimensions in the comprehensive assessment questionnaire were(78.97±4.22)points,(79.84±3.96)points,(81.25±4.09)points,(83.96±4.84)points,respectively,the results were higher than(69.85±3.61)points,(68.59±2.83)points,(70.31±3.15)points and(74.56±4.19)points in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hand and foot twelve needle combined with comprehensive training for hemiplegic limbs can alleviate neurological damage, improve walking and limb function, and enhance quality of life in hemiplegic patients after cerebral infarction.
