Clinical Effect of Suhuang Zhike Capsule Combined with Ceftazidime in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Bronchitis
Objective To investigate the effect of Suhuang Zhike capsule combined with ceftazidime in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis(CB).Methods 86 patients with acute exacerbation of CB treated in our hospital from April 2020 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ceftazidime for injection,and the observation group was treated with Suhuang Zhike capsule.TCM syndrome score,symptom disappearance time,inflammatory reaction,lung function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms was shorter than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor a,and interleukin-6 were lower than those in the control group,and the vital capacity,first second expiratory volume were greater than those in the control group,and one-second rate was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Suhuang Zhike capsule combined with ceftazidime in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of CB can enhance the curative effect,promote the recovery of patients,reduce the inflammatory reaction,improve the level of lung function,and not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
