Effects of Enteral Nutrition Nursing Combined with Auricular Acupoint Pressure on Gastrointestinal Recovery and Nutritional Status in Patients with Severe Craniocerebral Injury
Objective To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition nursing combined with auricular acupoint pressure in patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods The data of 80 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to Tai'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2021 to September 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different nursing methods, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with enteral nutrition nursing, and the observation group was treated with auricular acupoint pressure on this basis. The gastrointestinal recovery, nutritional status, immune function, intestinal mucosal barrier function and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The anal exhaust time and bowel sound recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the levels of serum albumin, total protein, prealbumin and hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of CD8+was lower than that in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the levels of plasma D-lactic acid, diamine oxidase and plasma endotoxin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Enteral nutrition nursing combined with auricular acupoint pressure in patients with severe craniocerebral injury can improve their nutritional and immune status, promote gastrointestinal recovery and reduce complications.
