Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of Four Combination Therapy Containing Amoxicillin and Potassium Clavulanate in Patients with HP Positive Chronic Gastritis
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of amoxicillin potassium clavulanate quadruple therapy in patients with Helicobacter pylori(HP)positive chronic gastritis. Methods 124 patients with HP-positive chronic gastritis admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 62 cases in each group. The control group was treated with amoxicillin and the observation group was treated with amoxicillin and clavulanate. The levels of gastrointestinal hormones, inflammatory factors, negative HP conversion rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of gastrin(141.33±9.72)ng/L,TNF-α(14.95±3.27)pg/mL,interleukin-6(10.19±2.53)pg/mL and C-reactive protein(7.31±2.02)mg/L in the observation group were lower than(176.88±10.49)ng/L,(23.55±4.02)pg/mL,(18.77±2.64)pg/mL,(11.44±2.19)mg/L in the control group,Motilin(222.08±14.79)ng/L and HP negative conversion rate of 91.94%were higher than(159.77±13.16)ng/L and 67.74%of the control group, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of amoxicillin clavulanate potassium quadruple therapy is more effective in patients with HP positive chronic gastritis. It can significantly reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in the body, promote the improvement of gastrointestinal hormones, increase HP negative conversion rate, and has high safety.
