Therapeutic Effect of the Combination of Weifuchun Tablets and Lansoprazole in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis and Its Impact on the Serum Inflammatory Index Levels of Patients
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of the combination of Weifuchun tablets and Lansoprazole in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)and its impact on serum inflammatory markers in patients.Methods 70 CAG patients admitted to the hospital from April 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,patients in the control group were treated with Lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets,and patients in the observation group were treated with Lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets combined with Weifuchun tablets.Serum inflammatory indexes,gastrointestinal hormone levels,symptom scores and the occurrence of adverse reactionswere compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-8 in observation group were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05);gastrin level in the observation group was(44.37±7.61)pg/mL,lower than(69.54±5.73)pg/mL in the control group,and motilin level was(343.36±35.49)pg/mL,higher than(298.40±28.04)pg/mL in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the syndrome scores of epigastric fullness,weakness,dull pain and poor appetite in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of Weifuchun tablets and Lasoprazole has a better therapeutic effect on CAG,which can improve gastrointestinal hormone levels,alleviate inflammatory reactions,and reduce symptom scores.
