Effect of Estradiol Valerate Combined with Goserelin on Sex Hormone Indicators and Inflammatory Factor Levels in Patients with Endometriosis after Laparoscopic Surgery
Objective To investigate the effects of estradiol valerate combined with goserelin on the levels of sex hormones and inflammatory factors in patients with endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery.Methods 68 patients with endometriosis admitted to Shen County People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects and were divided into a control group(n=34)and an observation group(n=34)according to random number table method.Both groups underwent laparoscopic surgery.After surgery,the control group was treated with goserelin,and the observation group was treated with estradiol valerate on this basis.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors levels,sex hormone indexes and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%,which was higher than 73.53%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-1β,tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in the observation group were(17.41±2.51)pg/mL,(3.09±0.52)ng/L and(35.06±5.46)ng/L,respectively,which were lower than(25.31±5.97)pg/mL,(6.77±1.49)ng/L,(80.26±8.55)ng/L in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone,estradiol and luteinizing hormone in the observation group were(2.68±0.22)U/L,(24.77±2.96)pg/mL and(3.39±0.97)U/L,respectively,which were lower than(6.72±0.98)U/L,(33.51±3.59)pg/mL and(5.03±1.04)U/L in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.82%,lower than 32.35%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Estradiol valerate combined with goserelin is effective in the treatment of endometriosis patients after laparoscopic surgery,which can reduce the inflammatory factor levels and regulate the sex hormone levels,and has few adverse reactions,which is safe and reliable.
