Effect of Predictive Nursing on Anxiety and Complications in Patients with Severe Hepatitis and Liver Failure Treated with Artificial Liver Plasma Exchange Therapy
Objective To explore the impact of predictive nursing on anxiety and complications in patients with severe hepatitis and liver failure treated with artificial liver plasma exchange. Methods Sixty-two patients with severe hepatitis and liver failure admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects, patients admitted from January to November 2022 were selected as a control group(n=32),and patients admitted from January to November 2023 were selected as an observation group(n=30).All patients were treated with artificial liver plasma exchange, the control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with predictive nursing. The anxiety and complications of the two groups were compared, and the nursing satisfaction was investigated. Results After nursing, the Hamilton Anxiety scale score of the observation group was(8.54±2.12)points,lower than(10.05±2.27)points of the control group, nursing satisfaction was 100.00%,higher than 81.25%of the control group, and the incidence of complications was 6.67%,lower than 25.00%of the control group, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing can alleviate the anxiety of patients with severe hepatitis and liver failure treated with artificial liver plasma exchange, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction.
