Effects of Diversified Staged Health Education Combined with ADOPT Nursing Mode on Negative Emotions and Quality of Life in Patients with Bladder Cancer Undergoing Urostomy
Objective To investigate the application effect of diversified staged health education combined with attitude,definition,open thinking,planning and try it out(ADOPT)nursing mode in patients with bladder cancer undergoing urostomy.Methods 82 patients with bladder cancer undergoing urostomy admitted to Linyi Cancer Hospital from July 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with diversified staged health education combined with ADOPT nursing mode.The negative emotions,quality of life and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in the observation group were(40.10±5.68)points and(45.55±5.44)points,respectively,which were lower than(47.31±4.85)points and(53.04±6.18)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of all dimensions in the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF Scale and in the Exercise of Self-Care Agency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified staged health education combined with ADOPT nursing mode can alleviate negative emotions,improve self-care ability and improve quality of life in patients with bladder cancer undergoing urostomy.
