Application of Time Node Based Rapid Emergency Nursing in Hospitals for Acute Cerebral Infarction Thrombolysis Patients
Objective To explore the effect of using time node based rapid emergency nursing in hospitals for thrombolysis patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 78 ACI patients who underwent thrombolytic therapy at the Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng City from July 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into an intervention group(n=39)and a control group(n=39)according to different nursing methods. The control group received routine in-hospital emergency care, while the intervention group received time node based rapid emergency nursing in hospitals. The success rate, time, neurological function, disability level, daily living ability, adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of the first aid process were compared in both groups. Results The success rate of emergency treatment in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group, and the time for CT examination, billing, and hospitalization were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge, the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and the modified Rankin Scale(mRS)decreased in both groups compared to admission, and the NIHSS and mRS scores in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).At discharge, the Barthel Index(BI)of both groups increased compared to admission, and the BI score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group was 7.69%,lower than 25.64%in the control group, and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the intervention group was 100.00%,higher than 84.62%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of time node based rapid emergency nursing in hospitals in the intervention of ACI thrombolysis patients can shorten emergency time, increase the success rate of first aid, improve neurological function and disability level, reduce the risk of adverse reactions, and promote the improvement of daily living ability and nursing satisfaction.
