Therapeutic Effect of Community-Based Intensive Rehabilitation Training for Acute Cerebral Infarction Based on the Medical Treatment Combination
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of community-based intensive rehabilitation training for acute cerebral infarction based on medical treatment combination. Methods 68 patients diagnosed with first-stage acute cerebral infarction in second and third-level hospitals in the medical association from January 2021 to June 2023 who were transferred back to our center for rehabilitation after their condition was stable were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment, and the observation group received intensive rehabilitation treatment based on the medical combination. The recovery of the two groups were compared. Results After 2 months of treatment, the motor function scores of upper and lower limbs in Fugl-Meyer motor function rating scale in both groups were higher than be-fore treatment, and the observation group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improved Barthel Index score in both groups was higher than before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function, mental health and social function in the two groups were higher than before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the medical treatment combina-tion,the implementation of community-based intensive rehabilitation training treatment for patients with acute cerebral infarc-tion is effective, and the patients'limb motor function and daily life ability are significantly improved, which can assist the pa-tients in restoring their self-care ability and improving their quality of life.
