Effects of Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Oral Muscle Training on Language Development Delay in Children
Objective To explore the clinical effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with oral muscle training on children with language development delay.Methods 86 children with language developmental delay who were admitted in Affiliated Children's Hospital of Shandong University from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a study group(n=43)and a control group(n=43)by random number table method.The control group was received oral muscle training,the study group was received repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with oral muscle training.The language clarity and language development levels of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent rate of language clarity in the research group was 88.37%,which was higher than 69.77%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the language development level of both groups improved compared to before intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion Repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with oral muscle training can improve language clarity and promote language development in children with language development delay.
