Research on the Application of Case Teaching Method in the Standardized Training of Resident Physicians in the Department of Massage
Objective To study the application effect of case teaching method in the standardized training of resident physicians in the department of massage.Methods 66 resident Chinese medicine physicians who received standardized training in the Department of Massage of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine standardized training teaching,while the observation group received case teaching method teaching on the basis of the control group.The test scores,clinical ability of massage,and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The examination scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical ability of massage in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of case teaching method in the standardized training of resident physicians in the department of massage,can improve the examination scores and clinical ability of massage of resident physicians,and provide reference for the standardized training of resident physicians in the department of massage and other departments.
