摘要

目的 分析补肺定喘汤联合布地奈德对哮喘慢性持续期患儿中医证候及肺功能的影响.方法 选取 2021年4 月—2023 年 4 月该院收治的 96 例哮喘慢性持续期患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各48 例.对照组采用布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以补肺定喘汤治疗,两组均连续用药 7d.对比两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候评分、肺功能及不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为 95.83%,高于对照组的 81.25%.治疗 7d后,观察组喉中痰鸣如吼评分为(1.59±0.13)分,喘而气粗息涌评分为(1.40±0.19)分,胸高胁胀评分为(1.54±0.10)分,咳呛阵作评分为(0.80±0.05)分,均低于对照组的(2.34±0.27)分、(2.29±0.30)分、(2.29±0.16)分、(1.41±0.11)分,第 1 秒用力呼气容积为(3.08±0.79)L,用力肺活量为(3.98±0.74)L,均大于对照组的(2.39±0.61)L、(3.21±0.59)L,呼气流量峰值为(3.79±0.84)L/s,高于对照组的(3.14±0.60)L/s,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 补肺定喘汤联合布地奈德可缓解哮喘慢性持续期患儿临床症状,改善其肺功能,且无严重不良反应,可推广应用.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effects of Bufei Dingchuan Decoction combined with budesonide on TCM Syndrome and lung function of children with chronic duration of asthma.Methods 96 children with chronic duration of asthma admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide,and the observation group was treated with Bufei Dingchuan Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were given continuous medication for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,lung function and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than 81.25%of control group.After 7 days of treatment,the scores of phlegm in the larynx of the observation group were(1.59±0.13)points,the scores of wheezing and breathing surge were(1.40±0.19)points,the scores of chest hyperplasia and hypochthisis were(1.54±0.10)points,and the scores of coughing and choking were(0.80±0.05)points,all of them were lower than(2.34±0.27)points,(2.29±0.30)points,(2.29±0.16)points and(1.41±0.11)points of the control group,forced the expiratory volume in the first second and forced vital capacity were(3.08±0.79)L and(3.98±0.74)L,both of which were higher than(2.39±0.61)L and(3.21±0.59)L in the control group,the peak expiratory flow was(3.79±0.84)L/s,which was higher than(3.14±0.60)L/s in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Bufei Dingchuan Decoction combined with budesonide can relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the lung function in children with chronic asthma without serious adverse reactions,so it can be widely used.
