Effect of Early Microecological Enteral Nutrition Support Combined with Acupressure on Gastrointestinal Function Recovery and Nutritional Status in Patients after Laparoscopic Gastric Cancer Surgery
Objective To investigate the effects of early microecological enteral nutrition support combined with acupressure on gastrointestinal function recovery and nutritional status in patients after laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery.Methods 82 patients after laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery admitted to Liaocheng Dongchangfu People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group(n=41)and the observation group(n=41)according to random number table method.The control group received routine postoperative intervention,and the observation group received early microecological enteral nutrition support combined with acupressure on this basis.The gastrointestinal function recovery,nutritional status,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The first postoperative exhaust time,first defecation time and bowel sound recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of serum total protein,albumin and prealbumin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions in the generic quality of life inventory-74 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.32%,lower than 24.39%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early microecological enteral nutrition support combined with acupressure can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve the nutritional status and improve the quality of life of patients after laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery.
