Effect of Duhuo Parasitic Decoction Combined with Acupuncture on Lower Limb Microcirculation and Hip Function Recovery in Patients with Hip Fracture after Operation
Objective To analyze the effect of Duhuo Parasitic Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of patients with hip fracture after operation.Methods A total of 90 patients with hip fracture admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine combined with acupuncture after surgery,and the observation group was treated with Duhuo Parasitic Decoction for 4 weeks.The microcirculation indexes,hip function recovery and adverse reactions of the lower limbs were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood flow integral(0.50±0.11)points,loop morphology integral(0.31±0.02)points,and loop state integral(0.16±0.01)points of the observation group were all lower than(0.63±0.19)points,(0.50±0.06)points,and(0.28±0.05)points of the control group,the number of white blood clots in the observation group(1.01±0.12)/min was lower than(1.32±0.25)/min of the control group,and the capillary flow velocity in the observation group(706.87±41.56)μm/s faster than the control group's(615.97±38.75)μm/s,the number of vascular loops in the observation group was(6.98±1.84)/mm,which was higher than(6.13±1.69)/mm in the control group,the Hip Joint Function Assessment Scale scores in the observation group were(4.01±0.27)points,(34.48±4.21)points,(30.47±4.15)points,and(2.49±0.35)points,respectively,which were higher than(3.42±0.35)points,(27.56±3.89)points,(26.95±3.58)points,and(1.68±0.23)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Duhuo Parasitic Cecoction combined with acupuncture can regulate the microcirculation of lower limbs and promote the recovery of hip function in patients with hip fracture.
