Clinical Effect of Extracorporeal Shock Wave Based on Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Localization Combined with Magnetic Resonance Heating in the Treatment of Patients External Humeral Epicondylitis
Objective To observe the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave based on musculoskeletal ultrasound localization combined with magnetic resonance heating in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis. Methods 66 patients with external humeral epicondylitis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University from July 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and a research group ac-cording to random number table method, with 33 cases in each group. The control group received manual rehabilitation train-ing combined with magnetic resonance heating, and the research group received extracorporeal shock wave therapy on the ba-sis of the control group. The pain level, elbow joint function, arm strength and clinical efficacy of the two groups were com-pared.Results After treatment, the pain visual analogue score of the research group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospital for special surgery assessment scale of elbow joint score of the research group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The grip strength index of the research group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the research group was 93.94%,higher than 75.76%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave based on musculoskeletal ultrasound localization combined with magnetic resonance heating in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis can more effectively relieve pain, improve grip strength and restore elbow joint function, and improve clinical efficacy.
