Clinical Observation of Q-Switched 1064 nm Lattice Laser Combined with Tranexamic Acid and Tretinoin Cream in the Treatment of Patients with Chloasma
Objective To explore the effect of Q-switched 1064 nm lattice laser combined with tranexamic acid and tretinoin acid cream on patients with chloasma. Methods 62 patients with melasma treated in our hospital from March 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with tranexamic acid and tretinoin cream, and the observation group was treated with Q-switched 1064 nm lattice laser on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%,which was higher than 74.19%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the cuticle water content was(18.69±2.63)%,the sebum content was(72.48±5.83)μg/cm2,which were higher than(14.36±2.28)%,(65.38±5.41)μg/cm2 of the control group, and the transdermal water loss value was(13.38±1.87)g/m2h,the total score of chloasma lesion area and severity index were(5.29±0.68)points,which were lower than group(16.41±2.59)g/m2h and(8.53±1.20)points of the control, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Q-switched 1064 nm lattice laser combined with tranexamic acid and tretinoin cream can improve skin barrier function, alleviate symptoms, and have no serious adverse reactions in patients with chloasma.
