Application Effect of Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Limb movement Therapy in the Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke
Objective To explore the application effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with limb movement therapy in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods A total of 80 AIS patients admitted to Xuzhou Renren Hospital from April 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received limb movement therapy, and the observation group received limb movement therapy combined with rcpetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.Neurological function, daily living ability, balance function and motor function were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the National Institutes of Health stroke scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the Barthel index score was higher than that of the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Berg balance scale score of the observation group was(52.82±0.53)points,higher than(39.57±1.39)points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The upper and lower limb scores of Fugl-Meyer assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with limb movement therapy for AIS patients can help improve their nerve function, motor ability and balance function,as well as daily living ability, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
