Effect of Continuous Passive Joint Activity Combined with Proprioceptive Training on Postoperative Functional Rehabilitation of Patients with Knee Joint Fracture
Objective To investigate the effect of continuous passive joint activity combined with proprioceptive training on postoperative functional rehabilitation of patients with knee joint fracture. Methods 78 patients with knee joint fracture admitted to Dongchangfu District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group received continuous passive joint activity combined with proprioceptive training on this basis. Both groups continued their training for 3 months. The knee function, pain degree, knee range of motion, balance function, knee swelling degree and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After training, the Lysholm knee joint scores of both groups were higher than before training, and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the pain visual analogue scores of both groups were lower than before training, and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After training, the knee active ranges of motion in both groups were higher than before training, and the range in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the Berg balance scale scores were higher than those before training, and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After training, the scores of all dimensions in the generic quality of life inventory-74 of both groups were higher than those before training, and the scores of physical function, social function, psychological function and material life status of the observation group were(81.16±5.45)points,(77.37±4.28)points,(76.29±4.12)points and(81.78±6.37)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous passive joint activity combined with proprioceptive training can promote functional rehabilitation of knee joint, reduce pain degree, improve knee joint motion, balance function and quality of life of patients with knee joint fracture.
