Application Effect of Core Muscles Training in Rehabilitation of Gross Motor Function in SCP Children
Objective To explore the application effect of core muscles training in rehabilitation of gross motor function in children with spastic cerebral palsy(SCP).Methods 70 children with SCP who received core muscle group training at Xuzhou Children's Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a core training group and a conventional group using a random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The conventional group received routine rehabilitation training, while the core training group received core muscle group training on the basis of the conventional group.Compare the gross motor function, balance ability, fine motor development level, muscle tone, and clinical efficacy between two groups of children. Results After treatment, the D and E scores of the Gross Motor Function Scale in both groups of children increased compared to before treatment, and the scores in the core training group were higher than those in the conventional group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The developmental quotient and Berg Balance Scale scores of the two groups of children increased compared to before treatment, and the core training group had higher scores than the conventional group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The muscle tone of the children in the core training group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the core training group was 97.14%,higher than 65.71%in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Core muscles training can effectively promote the rehabilitation of gross motor function and improve curative effect in SCP children.
