百令胶囊与缬沙坦联合治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效及对患者免疫功能、尿蛋白的影响

目的 探究百令胶囊与缬沙坦联合治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效及对患者免疫功能、尿蛋白的影响.方法 选取 2020 年 6 月—2023 年6 月烟台市莱阳中心医院肾内科收治的 80 例慢性肾小球肾炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组 40 例.对照组采用缬沙坦片治疗,观察组采用百令胶囊联合缬沙坦片治疗,比较两组慢性肾小球肾炎患者的临床疗效、免疫功能、尿蛋白改善状况、不良反应.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+计数、CD4+/CD8+比值分别为(48.54±5.48)%、(1.97±0.45),均高于对照组的(41.89±5.16)%、(1.59±0.31),观察组CD8+计数、24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)水平分别为(22.59±3.51)%、(1.16±0.42)g、(68.37±8.71)μmol/L、(6.03±1.07)mmol/L,均低于对照组的(27.03±3.46)%、(1.59±0.58)g、(87.29±9.35)μmol/L、(7.20±1.13)mmol/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 百令胶囊联合缬沙坦可减轻慢性肾小球肾炎患者临床症状,可增强患者免疫功能,降低尿蛋白水平,且不良反应少.
Clinical Efficacy of Bailing Capsule Combined with Valsartan in the Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis and Its Impact on Immune Function and Urinary Protein in Patients
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bailing capsule combined with valsartan in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis and its effect on immune function and urinary protein.Methods 80 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to the Department of Nephrology,Laiyang Central Hospital of Yantai City from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valsartan tablets,and the observation group was treated with Bailing capsule combined with valsartan tablets.The clinical efficacy,immune function,urinary protein improvement and adverse reactions of chronic glomerulonephritis patients were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the CD4+count and CD4+/CD8+ratio in the observation group were(48.54±5.48)%and(1.97±0.45),respectively,which were higher than(41.89±5.16)%and(1.59±0.31)in the control group.The levels of CD8+count,24 h urinary protein,serum creatinine(Scr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)in the observation group were(22.59±3.51)%,(1.16±0.42)g,(68.37±8.71)μmol/L and(6.03±1.07)mmol/L,respectively,which were lower than(27.03±3.46)%,(1.59±0.58)g,(87.29±9.35)μmol/L,(7.20±1.13)mmol/L of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Bailing capsule combined with valsartan can relieve clinical symptoms in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis,can strengthen immune function,patients with lower urinary protein levels,and less adverse reaction.
