Application of Shenfu Injection Combined with Valsartan in Patients with Chronic Congestive Heart Failure
Objective To investigate the effect of Shenfu injection combined with valsartan in patients with chronic congestive heart failure(CCHF).Methods A total of 118 patients with CCHF admitted to the hospital from July 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valsartan,and the observation group was treated with Shenfu injection.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function index,serological index and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.22%,which was higher than 76.27%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic diameter in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that in control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursors and cardiac calcium protein Ⅰ in observation group were lower than those of control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Shenfu injection combined with valsartan has a significant effect in the treatment of CCHF,which can promote the recovery of cardiac function and reduce the expression level of serological indicators of heart failure.
