Objective To explore the effect of midwife's full process responsibility based midwifery nursing combined with mental resilience support on the pain of primipara in painless delivery. Methods 98 primiparas who underwent painless delivery in our hospital from December 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received midwife's full process responsibility based midwifery nursing combined with mental resilience support.Labor pain, emotional state and mental resilience were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the pain Visual Analogue Score was(5.46±1.28)points,the Verbal Response Scale score was(2.41±0.49)points,and the Present Pain Intensity was(2.43±0.36)points,which were lower than(7.72±1.63)points,(3.57±0.66)points,(3.38±0.54)points of the control group, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the Scores of Self-rating Depression Scale and Self-rating Anxiety Scale in the observation group were(46.13±3.21)points,(42.23±2.72)points,both lower than(50.59±3.79)points and(48.46±3.59)points of the control group, and the score of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale was(86.26±6.03)points,which was higher than(75.49±5.15)points of the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of midwife's full process responsibility based midwifery nursing with mental resilience support in painless delivery can effectively relieve the pain of primipara, reduce bad emotions and improve mental resilience.
