The Impact of Path Based Collaborative Nursing Combined with AIDET Communication Nursing Model on the Psychological Status and Pain Level of Patients Undergoing Endoscopic Resection of Intestinal Polyps
Objective To explore the application value of path based collaborative nursing combined with Acknowledge,Introduce,Duration,Explanation,Thank(AIDET)comm-unication nursing model in patients undergoing endoscopic resection of intestinal polyps.Methods 68 patients who underwent endoscopic polypectomy at Fenggang County People's Hospital in Guizhou Province from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group adopted a combination of path based collaborative nursing and AIDET communication nursing model.Both groups received continuous care for 1 week.Compare the psychological status,degree of pain,physiological stress,comfort,and incidence of complications between two groups.Results After nursing,the observation group had lower scores on the Self Rating Anxiety Scale and Self Rating Depression Scale compared to the control group,while the Kolcaba Simplified Comfort Scale had higher scores than the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).72 hours after surgery,the pain Visual Analogue Scale score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of path based collaborative nursing and AIDET communication nursing model can alleviate adverse emotions and postoperative pain in patients undergoing endoscopic resection of intestinal polyps,enhance comfort,and reduce the incidence of complications.
