The Effect of Perioperative Multi-Level Nursing Combined with Core Muscle Group Training on Symptom Improvement and Lumbar Spine Function in Patients Undergoing Surgery for Lumbar Disc Herniation
Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative multi-level nursing combined with core muscle group training in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH)surgery.Methods 88 LDH surgery patients admitted to the Red Flag Hospital affiliated with Mudanjiang Medical College from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects,divide them into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received perioperative multi-level nursing combined with core muscle group training.Compare the psychological status,symptom improvement,lumbar spine function,and quality of life between two groups.Results After nursing,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale score,Self-Rating Depression Scale score,and symptom score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the Japanese Orthopaedic Society Lower Back Pain Rating Scale and Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 had higher scores in all dimensions than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative multi-level nursing combined with core muscle group training can improve the psychological state of LDH surgery patients,alleviate clinical symptoms,improve lumbar spine disorders,and improve quality of life.
