Research on Rehabilitation Nursing for Elderly Disabled Patients Assisted by Artificial Intelligence Technology
Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing for elderly disabled patients assisted by artificial in-telligence technology. Methods Selecting 500 elderly disabled patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College from January 2021 to December 2022 as the research subjects, divided into an observation group and a con-trol group using a random number table method, with 250 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilita-tion nursing, and the observation group received artificial intelligence-based assisted nursing on the basis of the control group.Compare the improvement in self-care ability and self-care ability, neurological function, and quality of life between two groups. Results Before nursing, comparison of Barthel Index Rating Scale(BI),General Self-Efficacy Scale(ESCA)and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores between two groups, there was no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of nursing,BI and ESCA scores of the observation group were(74.46±6.39)points and(113.57±7.06)points,respectively,which were higher than(62.14±5.82)points and(98.78±6.78)points of the control group, and NIHSS score of the observation group was(14.63±1.53)points,The score was lower than(19.98±2.02)points of control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no signifi-cant difference between the two groups in the scores of physiological field, social relationship field, psychological field and en-vironmental field in the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)(P>0.05).After nursing, the WHO-QOL-BREF scores in the physiological field, social relationship field, psychological field and environmental field were(27.15±2.36)points,(12.21±1.58)points,(25.61±2.49)points and(33.15±2.57)points,respectively.They were higher than(22.37±2.09)points,(9.39±1.22)points,(20.57±1.76)points and(25.40±1.97)points in the control group, and there was statis-tical significance between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing of elderly disabled patients assisted by ar-tificial intelligence technology has a good effect, which can effectively improve the neurological function and self-care ability of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
