Application of Theory and Experiential Education Combined with Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Therapy in the Nursing of Coronary Heart Disease Patients
Objective To explore the nursing effect of theory and experiential education combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction(MBSR)therapy in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 200 CHD patients admitted to Jinan Eighth People's Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into a control group(n=100)and an intervention group(n=100)by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the intervention group was treated with theory and experiential education combined with MBSR therapy.The anxiety,depression,health behavior and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale in both groups decreased,and the scores of anxiety and depression in the intervention group were(3.02±0.42)points and(3.19±0.93)points,respectively,which were lower than(4.16±0.51)points and(3.58±1.05)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ in both groups were increased,and the score of the intervention group was(143.58±9.16)points,higher than(126.91±8.67)points of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scores of both groups decreased,and the score of the intervention group were lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of theory and experiential education combined with MBSR therapy in the nursing of CHD patients can improve their anxiety and depression,health behavior and sleep quality.
