理论结合体验教育联合正念减压疗法在冠心病患者护理中的应用

目的 探讨冠心病(CHD)患者采用理论结合体验教育联合正念减压疗法(MBSR)护理的效果.方法 选取济南市第八人民医院 2021 年8 月—2023年 8 月收治的 200 例CHD患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=100)及干预组(n=100).对照组采用常规护理干预,干预组采用理论结合体验教育联合MBSR.比较两组患者的焦虑、抑郁状态,健康行为及睡眠质量.结果 干预后,两组的医院焦虑和抑郁量表评分均较干预前下降,且干预组的焦虑、抑郁评分分别为(3.02±0.42)分、(3.19±0.93)分,均低于对照组的(4.16±0.51)分、(3.58±1.05)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的健康促进生活方式量表-Ⅱ评分均较干预前升高,且干预组的(143.58±9.16)分高于对照组的(126.91±8.67)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分均较干预前下降,且干预组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 将理论结合体验教育联合MBSR应用于CHD患者护理中,能够改善其焦虑、抑郁状态,提高其健康行为及睡眠质量.
Application of Theory and Experiential Education Combined with Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Therapy in the Nursing of Coronary Heart Disease Patients
Objective To explore the nursing effect of theory and experiential education combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction(MBSR)therapy in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 200 CHD patients admitted to Jinan Eighth People's Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into a control group(n=100)and an intervention group(n=100)by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the intervention group was treated with theory and experiential education combined with MBSR therapy.The anxiety,depression,health behavior and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale in both groups decreased,and the scores of anxiety and depression in the intervention group were(3.02±0.42)points and(3.19±0.93)points,respectively,which were lower than(4.16±0.51)points and(3.58±1.05)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ in both groups were increased,and the score of the intervention group was(143.58±9.16)points,higher than(126.91±8.67)points of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scores of both groups decreased,and the score of the intervention group were lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of theory and experiential education combined with MBSR therapy in the nursing of CHD patients can improve their anxiety and depression,health behavior and sleep quality.
