Effect of Low Opioid Anesthesia with Esketamine on Gastrointestinal Function Recovery in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Colorectal Cancer Surgery
Objective To investigate the effect of low opioid anesthesia with esketamine on gastrointestinal function recovery undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery. Methods 60 patients undergoing elective laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery in Hefei Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University from September 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into a study group(group K)and a control group(group O),with 30 cases in each group.Anesthesia induction:Group K was injected intravenously with esketamine 0.5~1 mg/kg,group O was injected intravenously with sufentanil 0.3~0.6 g/kg.Anesthesia maintenance:Group K was injected with esketamine 0.25 mg/(kg·h)intravenously,group O was injected with normal saline intravenously. The operation-related indexes, mean arterial pressure and heart rate, postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative dosages of sufentanil and remifentanil in the group K were lower than those in the group O,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After anesthesia induction, tracheal intubation and operation, the levels of mean arterial pressure and heart rate of the group K were higher than those of the group O,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation, the time of first anal exhaust, first oral feeding and first defecation in the group K were shorter than those in the group O,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Within 48 h after operation, the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the group K was 10.00%,lower than 40.00%in the group O,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Esketamine low opioid anesthesia can shorten the postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time and reduce the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.
