The Impact of Interactive Nursing Combined with Risk Management Based on Childlike Interest Theory on Symptom Disappearance Time and Quality of Life in Children with Bronchitis
Objective To explore the impact of interactive nursing combined with risk management based on the theory of child interest on the time of symptom disappearance and quality of life in children with bronchitis. Methods 80 children with bronchitis admitted to the pediatric ward of Jinan Third People's Hospital from July 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the admission order, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with interactive nursing joint risk management based on childlike interest theory.Symptom resolution time, treatment compliance, occurrence of complications, quality of life and parental satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the time for cough to disappear, sputum to disappear, pulmonary rale to disappear and fever to disappear were(5.82±1.24)d,(4.30±1.22)d,(5.05±1.20)d,(3.36±0.75)d,respectively,which were shorter than(7.50±1.37)d,(6.82±1.53)d,(6.52±1.29)d and(4.48±1.61)d in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of treatment compliance in the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 77.50%in the control group, and the complication rate was 5.00%,lower than 20.00%in the control group, with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of physiological function, emotional function, role function and social function in the quality of life scale of children in the observation group were(28.16±1.95)points,(17.03±1.48)points,(17.03±1.48)points and(17.21±1.95)points,respectively,they were higher than(25.75±3.14)points,(15.11±2.56)points,(14.88±2.27)points and(14.26±2.40)points in the control group, and there were statistical significance between groups(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of parents in the observation group was 90.00%,higher than 70.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Interactive nursing combined with risk management based on child interest theory can improve the treatment compliance of pediatric patients, accelerate symptom disappearance, reduce the risk of complications, improve quality of life, and achieve parental satisfaction.
