Observation on the Preventive Effect of Low-Dose Aspirin Combined with Air Pressure Wave Therapeutic Instrument on Patients with Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs after Cesarean Section
Objective To explore the preventive effect of low-dose aspirin combined with air pressure wave therapeutic instrument on Patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower after cesarean section. Methods A total of 290 patients after cesarean section who were treated in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 145 cases in each group. The control group was treated with low-dose aspirin, and the observation group was treated with air pressure wave therapeutic instrument on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The swelling index, gross and calf circumference and lower extremity deep vein thrombosis were compared between the two groups. Results The swelling index of the observation group was(3.02±0.21),lower than(6.23±1.15)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gross and calf circumferences of the observation group were(46.25±5.15)cm and(35.15±5.23)cm,respectively,which were shorter than(48.01±5.02)cm and(36.49±4.87)cm of the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was 2.06%,which was lower than 8.28%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low dose aspirin combined with air pressure wave therapeutic instrument can significantly improve the degree of leg circumference swelling of parturients after cesarean section, reduce the swelling index, and play a preventive role in the occurrence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.
