Application of Visual Feedback Training Combined with Early Partial Weight-Bearing Training in Patients with Tibial Plateau Fractures after Internal Fixation Surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of visual feedback training combined with early partial weight-bearing training in patients after internal fixation surgery for tibial plateau fractures. Methods 94 postoperative patients with tibial plateau fractures treated in our hospital from April 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 47 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training, while the observation group received visual feedback training combined with early partial weight-bearing training.Continuously observe until 6 months after surgery, compare the pain lev-el,joint range of motion, balance function, knee joint function, and walking ability between the two groups. Results After training, the pain Visual Analogue scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the joint range of motion was greater than that of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After training, the movement trajectory area of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group, and the distance of plantar center of gravity pressure movement was shorter than that of the control group, and the differences be-tween the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After training, the Lysholm and Tinetti scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Visual feedback training combined with early partial weight-bearing training can effectively alleviate the pain level of patients after internal fixation surgery for tibial plateau fractures, improve joint range of motion, promote the re-covery of balance function, knee joint function, and walking ability.
