Research on the Application of CPPT Teaching Method Based on Clinical Pathway in the Practice Teaching of Cardiovascular Internal Medicine
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathology,physiology and treatment(CPPT)teaching method based on clinical pathway in the practice teaching of cardiovascular internal medicine.Methods 40 master's students from Guangdong Medical University in 2022 who received standardized training in the Department of Cardiology at our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They we re randomly divided them into a control group and an experimental group,with 20 cases in each group.The experimental group was divided into four small classes,and the CPPT teaching method based on the clinical pathway was adopted after the division;the control group was divided into four small classes,using traditional teaching methods.The teaching contents of the two groups were the same during the cardiology rotation training.After the training,the theoretical and practical assessment and satisfaction survey results of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and practical assessment scores of the experimental group students were higher than those of the control group students,and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the experimental group students with the teaching method was 95.00%,higher than 60.00%of the control group students,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The CPPT teaching method based on clinical pathway has achieved satisfactory teaching effect in the practice teaching of cardiovascular medicine,which can reduce the learning difficulty,improve the students'assessment results,and the teaching effect is also recognized by the students.It is a feasible new teaching mode.
