Clinical Effect of Pingle Pushing Method Combined with Medical Ozone Intra-Articular Injection in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Pingle pushing method combined with medical ozone in tra-articular injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods Sixty KOA patients admitted to Pingle Orthopedic Hospital from October 2021 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 30 cases,using a random number table method.The control group received medical ozone intra-articular injection therapy,while the observation group received Pingle pushing method therapy.Compare the clinical efficacy,degree of pain,knee joint function,and levels of inflammatory factors between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,higher than 73.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Visual Analog Score of the observation group was(1.39±0.28)points,C-reactive protein level was(8.54±1.28)mg/L,tumor necrosis factor-α level was(30.39±2.78)ng/mL,and interleukin-6 level was(45.22±4.76)ng/L,all lower than the control group's(2.18±0.53)points,(12.29±1.63)mg/L,(37.83±4.15)ng/L,(58.46±6.31)ng/L,Lysholm score was(81.25±4.67)points in the observation group,higher than the control group's(70.53±3.49)points,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Pingle pushing method and medical ozone intra-articular injection can alleviate pain,improve knee joint function,and alleviate inflammatory reactions in patients with knee osteoarthritis.
