定眩十二针联合苓桂术甘汤治疗脑动脉供血不足型眩晕的临床效果

摘要
目的 探究定眩十二针联合苓桂术甘汤治疗脑动脉供血不足型眩晕的临床效果.方法 选取淄博市临淄区中医医院 2022 年 5月—2023 年3 月收治的 120 例脑动脉供血不足型眩晕患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组 60 例.两组均采用常规药物治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用苓桂术甘汤治疗,研究组采用苓桂术甘汤联合定眩十二针治疗.对比两组患者的眩晕残障调查量表(DHI)评分、月眩晕发作次数、眩晕持续时间及不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗 1 个月后,研究组的DHI评分为(55.84±2.15)分,低于对照组的(67.78±2.63)分,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).研究组的眩晕发作次数少于对照组,眩晕持续时间短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 脑动脉供血不足型眩晕患者采用定眩十二针联合苓桂术甘汤治疗的效果显著,能缓解疾病症状,且不会增加不良反应,安全性较高.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Dingxuan 12 needles combined with Linggui Zhugan Decoction on cerebral artery insufficiency vertigo.Methods 120 patients with cerebral artery insufficiency vertigo admitted to Linzi District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Zibo City from May 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects and were divided into a control group and a research group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional drugs.On this basis,the control group was treated with Linggui Zhugan Decoction,and the research group was treated with Linggui Zhugan Decoction combined with Dingxuan 12 needles.The score of dizziness handicap inventory(DHI),monthly frequency of vertigo attacks,duration of vertigo and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of treatment,the DHI score of the research group was(55.84±2.15)points,which was lower than(67.78±2.63)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of vertigo in the research group was less than that in the control group,and the duration of vertigo was shorter than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Dingxuan 12 needles combined with Linggui Zhugan Decoction is effective in the treatment of cerebral artery insufficiency vertigo patients,which can alleviate the symptoms of the disease without increasing adverse reactions and has high safety.
