Effect Evaluation of Yiqi Fuzheng Quyou Decoction Combined with Local Fumigation and Washing in the Treatment of Female Genital Condyloma Acuminatum
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Yiqi Fuzheng Quyou Decoction combined with local fumigation and washing in the treatment of female genital condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods 140 female patients with genital CA admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table method,with 70 patients in each group.The control group was treated with cryotherapy,and the experimental group was treated with Yiqi Fuzheng Quyou decoction combined with local fumigation and washing based on the control group.Compare the clinical treatment efficacy,symptom improvement time,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,recurrence rate,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients.Results The time for wound scabbing,wound healing,and wart shedding in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the experimental group showed lower levels of vaginal dampness,itching,dry and bitter mouth,dysfunctional stools,and tongue pulse score compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P＜0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).No significant adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of both groups.Conclusion Yiqi Fuzheng Quyou Decoction combined with local fumigation and washing in the treatment of genital CA patients has a satisfactory therapeutic effect,lower recurrence rate,safety and reliability.
