Study on the Central Effect of Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in the Treatment of Non Fluent Aphasia after Cerebral Apoplexy
Objective To explore the application value of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)in patients with non fluent aphasia after cerebral apoplexy. Methods 84 patients with non fluent aphasia after stroke treated in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,42 cases in each group. The control group received speech training, and the observation group received rTMS treatment on the basis of the control group. The speech function, neurological function and cognitive function of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the listening comprehension score was(166.68±10.11)points,retelling score was(70.44±4.08)points,naming score was(74.38±4.59)points,self speaking score was(14.75±1.50)points,Mini Mental State Examination score was(23.18±3.24)points and Montreal Cognitive Function Assessment score was(21.87±2.02)points in the observation group were higher than(158.03±9.29)points,(63.14±5.58)points,(66.97±4.42)points,(66.97±4.42)points,(11.83±2.26)points,(18.59±3.32)points,(17.75±3.13)points in the control group, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score was(8.13±1.70)points,which was lower than(10.67±2.05)points in the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of rTMS in patients with non fluent aphasia after cerebral apoplexy is high, which can improve cognitive function and neurological function, and reduce language impairment.
