Clinical Effect of Omeprazole Triple Therapy and Quadruple Therapy in the Treatment of Hp Positive Gastritis
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of omeprazole triple therapy and quadruple therapy in the treatment of helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive gastritis. Methods 120 patients with Hp positive gastritis admitted to Juye County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with omeprazole triple therapy, and the observation group was treated with omeprazole triple therapy. The therapeutic effect, serum inflammatory factor levels, gastrin group index levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein, procalcitonin, tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of cholecystokinin and gastrin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of motilin and gastrin 17 were higher than those in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of omeprazole quadruple therapy for the treatment of Hp positive gastritis has a more ideal effect and higher safety.
