Influence of Health Education Continuous Nursing Based on WeChat Platform on the Therapeutic Effect of Patients with Chronic Renal Failure
Objective To explore the influence of health education continuous nursing based on WeChat platform on the treatment effect of patients with chronic renal failure.Methods 60 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and a research group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given health education continuous nursing based on wechat platform on the basis of routine nursing.The psychological state,self-management behavior,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in self-rating anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P＞0.05);after nursing,SAS and SDS scores of the research group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of self-management behavior between the two groups(P＞0.05);after nursing,the scores of fluid and electrolyte intake restriction,diet quantity management,physical and psychosocial activities,general state management and psychosocial behavior in the research group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of common modules,specific modules and total scores in QLICD-CRF between the two groups(P＞0.05);after nursing,the scores of common modules,specific modules and total QLICD-CRF in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the research group was 96.67%,higher than 76.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of health education continuous nursing based on WeChat platform in the nursing of patients with chronic renal failure is effective,which can effectively enhance patients'self-management ability and improve their quality of life.
