Clinical Efficacy of Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide Combined with Sodium Nitroprusside in the Treatment of Acute Heart Failure and Its Influence on Cardiac Function
Objective To explore the application effect of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide and sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of acute heart failure. Methods Patients with acute heart failure admitted to Yanggu County People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group(n=63)and an observation group(n=63)according to random number table method. The control group was treated with sodium nitroprusside, and the observation group was treated with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide and sodium nitroprusside. The clinical efficacy, cardiac function, levels of inflammatory factors and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.48%higher than 73.02%of the control group, after treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the heart rate and blood pressure were lower than those of the control group, and the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 were lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide combined with sodium nitroprusside is effective in the treatment of acute heart failure patients, which can effectively improve their heart function, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, and has good safety.
